We want to deliver a restaurant experience that reflects who we are, focusing on quality, origin and season of the raw material. Our passion is to deliver a sustainable meal that shows respect for animals, nature and the next generation. It can be organic, biodynamic or sometimes carefully selected raw materials from smaller producers.

Scallop mousseline with creamy watercress broth and fennel, kohlrabi in lemon and dill

Butter-baked cod with grilled peppers and endive with orange, bread and seafood sauce

Tonight’s meat detail with sweet potato, harissa, melon and savoy cabbage serverd with a spicy red wine gravy 

Dessert 

Sea buckthorn served with carrot genoise and warm foam of browned butter and roasted white chocolate
